So after about a year of having to macgyver with a body-pin to get my food processor working (after our ninja blender broke), I had decided this year I can hold-off on the bikinis and instead invest in a pro blender.. SUNSHINE IN A BOWL
2 Cups Frozen Mango
1/2 of a Frozen Banana
1/2 of a Tangelo/Mandarin/Clementine or other citrus fruit of choice
1 TBS Maple Syrup
3 Coconut Milk Ice Cubes
Add all ingredients to blender (heaviest on top), and mix.
NOTE: If you need more liquid, you can always replace the coconut milk cubes with coconut milk, add the other half of your citrus fruit, or add another form of non-dairy milk.
