Jacqueline is a 200hr registered yoga-alliance instructor and self taught yogi who has been practicing body awareness and consciousness since 2012. Coming from a gymnastics and dance background she began coaching at just 16 years old and started her yoga practice shortly after. She is passionate about using the breath to strengthen the body, allowing it to flow, and finds her influence in traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini practices.

In todays fast-paced lifestyle it is easy to be stressed, depressed, and overwhelmed with the chaos of our daily lives. When coping with these emotions it takes a holistic approach for one to truly be free of mental or emotional tensions. It is essential to nourish the body, mind and spirit altogether to achieve the therapeutics of a yoga practice or a yogic lifestyle. Consuming a vegan diet, meditating, and synchronizing breath to body movements results in restorative shifts in the bodies chemistry, enabling control over emotional balance and transformational awakening.

My goal is to provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to initiate YOUR life transformation. I will help you practice a lifestyle that will ultimately allow you to be your happiest and healthiest self.
